BIMS digitizes the core administrative, records-management, and frontline-service functions of a Philippine barangay, replacing paper logbooks and disconnected spreadsheets with one role-based system.

It runs offline-first on modest, low-cost hardware already common in barangay halls, and is built to scale up to a full server deployment as an LGU's needs grow.
